Data Deletion Instructions for Lanka.wtf

This page provides instructions for users of the Lanka.wtf service (developer Funtoom) on how to request the deletion of their account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your profile and all associated data directly from our website. To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your profile page at: https://lanka.wtf/profile.
2. Log in to your account if you are not already signed in.
3. Scroll down to the "Account Deletion" section.
4. Click the "Delete Account" button and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

Upon confirmation, your account will be permanently deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove the following personal data associated with your profile:

• Your profile information (username, email address, etc.).
• All your personal settings.
• Your list of saved contacts.
• Your list of favorite places and events.
• Your activity history linked to your account.

What Data May Be Retained

Some information may be retained in an anonymized form:

• Public Content: Information you have contributed publicly (e.g., reviews, added places, or events) may be retained, but it will be anonymized and no longer linked to your profile.
• Analytical Data: We may keep anonymous usage data for analytics and to improve our service. This data does not contain any personal information.
